Would rather or would prefer

Question about "Would you rather " and "Would you prefer".
I did this question in class.
Date Friday 19 th March

1.- Would you rather learn English Watch TV or Listening to music?

2.- Would you prefer learn English with a English teacher or Mexican Teacher?

3.- Would you prefer eat chine foods or Mexican foods?

4.- Would you rather travel to France or Germany?

5.- Would you prefer study English with a friend or with you girlfriend?
